The emergency declaration for the new coronavirus infection has been lifted in some areas, and the number of infected people is decreasing.There are signs that the corona crisis is coming to an end. However, the precaution measures and self-restraint for holding events are still continuing, and it is necessary to stay alert.
In view of this situation the Organic Forum Japan has decided to postpone the original schedule (September 17 to 19 2020) by one month.
The 5th Organic Lifestyle EXPO / 1st SDGs Forum 202 will be held from October 15th (Thursday) to 17th (Saturday), October 20th, 2020, and the venue will remain on the 2nd to 5th floors of the Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Trade Center Hamamatsuchokan.

At the same time, the deadline for exhibiting applications, which was June 19, 2020 (Friday), was changed to July 10, 2020 (Friday) because it is difficult to consider exhibiting at this time. The final decision will be made at the end of July 2020, taking into consideration both the application status and the convergence of infection.
When canceling due to various circumstances such as government policy, the organizers are considering to refundan amount close to the full amount, excluding the minimum necessary expenses.
Considering safety measures, while exploring new ways of holding exhibitions, such as holding online and on-site business matching will be addressed for the benefit of producers, buyers and consumers.
