New Year’s Day 2019
The above arrangement of delicious organic vegetables — purple Kohlrabi, Jerusalem artichokes, mini carrots, stem broccoli, radish and huckleberries – was created by Mr. H. Suzuki of Farmer’s Yard in Hyogo Prefecture.
They grow organic vegetables and also arrange seasonal bouquets which are displayed at hotels, restaurants, shops and other places.
