Organic soybeans are produced by Kanazawa Daichi, Ltd. As they grow, the beans fully absorb the nutrition in the soil, creating a rich sweetness and taste.
Kanazawa Daichi, Ltd. carefully controls the soil taken over from the predecessors to produce organic soybeans. First, homemade compost in the winter after harvesting enriches the soil. Second, the soybeans grow without any fertilizer being fed into the soil—neither chemical nor organic fertilizer. This fertilizer-free farming enables a crop of sweet and tasty soybeans, getting the very best out of the soil. This farming method enriches the soil for growing the soybeans instead of fertilizer growing the seedlings and the soybeans. Slowly enriching the soil leads to long-lasting agriculture. Organic-JAS-certified soybeans have obtained EU and United States certification.
