The veggie box delivered by Crayonhouse to Japanese and foreign customers includes a list of products and recipes in Japanese how to use them. Foreigners living in Japan who buy organic products may not be familiar with traditional Japanese vegetables. For them we are starting with this issue a list of vegetables with photos of dishes and recipes.

Miso soup with Komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach) and sliced deep-fried Tofu

Salad with tomatoes, okra and green perilla

 

Cold soup with cucumbers and olive oil

 

Following the recommendation of the producer: Plain steamed pumpkin.
Put butter (left) and pumpkin seed oil with allspice with your preference on the pumpkin.
