GON Service Packages

 The period for all service packages is in principle seven (7) months.

Package A   … Yen 480,000 plus tax      

GON Service Package + Stand: 9 sqm space plus standard booth (as offered by the organizer)

♦　Super Market Trade Show: Yen 450,000 plus tax (reduced fee for members)

Total cost (stand plus GON Service Package: Yen 930,000 plus tax

 

♦　FOODEX JAPAN Yen 500,000 plus tax“

Total cost (stand plus GON Service Package: Yen 980,000 plus tax

 

♦　Tokyo Health Industry Show: Yen 480,000 plus tax

Total cost (stand plus GON Service Package: Yen 960,000 plus tax

 

Package B       Yen 650,000 plus tax

Participation in GON Group Stand — Display space/shelves included.

Plus all services listed below except own stand hostess

Staff (hostesses, consultants, interpreters) will be shared among participants.

 

Package C — Selection of package B services by requirements and estimate

This package is for exhibitors participating in a national or group stand.

 

Notes:

All applications should be made at the earliest possible time in order to ensure

that the full support program is conducted on schedule and successfully.

 

Package A:

Applications for space and standard booths are submitted to and processed by GON/ABC Enterprises Inc. Depending on available space, the booths of participating companies will be located in the vicinity of the GON information stand. To ensure a good location, bookings should be made as soon as possible.

Payment and cancellation conditions are in accordance with the regulations of the respective event organizers.

Package B:

A minimum of three (3) participating companies is required.

Contents: All services listed follows except own stand hostess

Package C:

Selection from package B by requirements and offer/cost estimate

Total fee: According to requirements and estimate

Cost sharing between exhibitors at the same group stand is possible.

 

Payments conditions:

I)             Stand packages: Payment and cancellation conditions are in accordance with the regulations of the respective event organizers.

II)            GON Services: 50% initial payment, remaining balance until 28 February 2015

All quoted prices are subject to an additional Japanese sales tax of currently 8%.
